All Bentz Boats over 20' in length are built exclusively with 5086 aluminum alloy. This is the toughest usable alloy without being brittle and gives the extra strength you want in the toughest waters. This aluminum alloy is also salt-water resistant.
We double weld all seams, inside and out for maximum strength, producing a boat with durability beyond expectations. We are not aware of any other welded aluminum jet boat that is so structurally designed and heavily braced.
Our years of personal experience operating on the most demanding waters with both sport charters and freight have brought us to newer perfection in bracing techniques. Our manufacturing standards are meant to exceed the needs.

STANDARD FEATURES: Dual aluminum fuel tanks, two bilge pumps (automatic and manual), walk-through windshields, top quality controls, all running lights and deck hardware, electric windshield wipers, complete instrumentation, top with side curtains and backdrop, heater, defroster, water strainer (between jet intake and engine to trap sand, etc.), railing, pump guard and swim platform fish box, bow and seat storage, all seams double welded.
We installed three sets of mounting brackets to handle hoist loading on both sides and front of this custom 36' boat. Other innovations were included to handle special hazards of hauling freight and people.
