The Snake River in Idaho, U.S.A. provides the opportunity for tour operators to combine the grandeur of spectacular scenery and the thrills of white water jet boating.

Any boat used must be capable of delivering these highlights with complete safety and reliability. So when tour operators, Snake River Tours, planned a new boat, they went to Bentz Boats of Lewiston, U.S.A. The result was a 34' aluminum passenger craft capable of carrying 34 passengers plus the newest waterjets, the model 211, coupled to twin Ford 460 cubic inch V8 gasoline engines each producing 330 hp, speeds in excess of 40 mph are achieved when fully laden. With a light load, speeds in excess of 50 mph are obtainable.

An ideal match for big block V8 engines, the Hamilton 211 waterjet incorporates a split duct reversing deflector and Hamilton's T3 steering system, providing powerful astern thrust and precise manoeuvrability at both high and low speeds.
