Bentz Boats - US Coast Guard Safety
Here is a brief video of some of the safety requirements for US Coast Guard certified passenger vessels. Any boat that carries more than 6 paying passengers is required to be built to USCG construction standards, certain safety equipment installed along with a stability test being performed.
